Examples of some key case wins

TPD - Cancer associated psychological injury.

Our client suffered from psychological and cognitive injury associated with a cancer diagnosis. Such an illness prevented her from returning to work. I successfully prepared, lodged and finalized an approved TPD award which allowed the Claimant financial stability for her and her family.

Compensation: $1,000,000
WC - Psychological Injury - Negligence

Our client was a government employee in the corrections injury and sustained psychological injury as a result of harassment in the workplace. The harassment was documented and the employer failed to take action. A claim for negligence was pursued and a successful settlement resulted.

Compensation: $400,000
WC - Psychological - Statutory Benefits

The Claimant sustained psychological injury when she was physical and mentally assaulted by a patient in her care. There was little assistance provided by the Employer to stop the assault from happening or to her her recover after the assault. We successfully prepared and pursued her impairment and secured benefits for her in the scheme for life.

Compensation: $170,000
