Lumbar spine injury, left shoulder injury, minor hearing loss, aggravation of pre-existing hypertension and diabetes, and depression.

Injury on building site when a level of construction collapsed causing our client to fall approximately 4 meters to the level below. Our pursued a claim against the head builder for negligence and was successful.

Our client was shopping in Woolworths when she fell on water on the floor. The water was a result of condensation from an air-condition unit in the Woolworths store.

Compensation: $128,000

Our client sustained injuries to her right elbow and wrist, her left arm and her left knee.

Our client was at a storage facility when she tripped on an uneven driveway and fell to the ground. The insurer for the facility accepted liability.

Compensation: $70,000

Unlawful arrest and False imprisonment.
